Cleveland Heights was knocked out of the postseason by Stow in a 45-14 loss in a Division I, Region 1 first-round matchup on Oct. 9.

The Tigers finish the season at 4-2.

The host Bulldogs – who scored the final 31 points of the game – travel to Mentor in round two.

Stow jumped out to a 14-point lead before Heights responded with a pair of rushing touchdowns by QB Darreon Fair to tie the game.

Stow went on to lead, 28-14, at half and put the win away in the second half.

Chris Wilson played a big game on defense for the Tigers, including an interception.
